Sam is the founder of Trident Coaching, Surrey’s largest home-based multi-sport coaching company, delivering premium coaching across more than 200 private home locations.

Holding degrees in Sport Science and Psychology, Sam has developed an innovative, gamified coaching approach that combines elite training principles with engaging, personalised sessions to accelerate learning and build lasting confidence and enjoyment in sport.

Having spent years recruiting, training, and developing coaches within leading private coaching organisations, he has built a trusted network of Olympians, world-class coaches, and experienced practitioners who uphold Trident’s exceptional standards across multiple sports.
